In preparation for his legal career, Paul Connaghan earned a BA at Boston College, graduating Cum Laude. Upon completion of his Juris Doctor at the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1987, he moved to Las Vegas. He expanded his experience and knowledge base with premier law firms, judges, attorneys, companies and business people. Paul has enjoyed the greater part of his career as a small law firm owner. He polished his skills as a commercial and real estate lawyer with the firms of Wright, Stewart and Judd; Beckley Singleton DeLanoy Jemison & List; and Deaner, Deaner, Scann, Malan & Larsen. He worked as well as General In-house counsel with Allstate Insurance Company, and with two successful real estate mortgage brokers/lenders. Paul's best career highlights include seeing the smiles of many happy and satisfied individual clients. Paul loves the personal experience and touch he brings to his work with regular people and small business people. Paul also enjoys success on a larger scale involving negotiations, documentation and closings on countless transactions ranging from several thousands of dollars to multiple millions. Paul served as lead counsel in the recovery of $35 - $40 million in title insurance claims. He has overseen the successful payoff and settlement in favor of his clients on matters ranging from a million dollars to $185 million. Currently, Paul Connaghan represents the seller of a multi-acre partially improved property involving issues pertaining to easements, water rights, hospitality, liquor, gaming, zoning, land use planning, and more.
